This is a screened first come, first serve service. Applications will be reviewed only to ensure the credibility of the work provided and the terms are agreed upon and honored.

In the spirit of anyone can make a doujinshi of anything, books will be accepted until it reaches the cap of what the event can manage.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

FINANCES:

There is a $5 service fee for each APPLICANT that is accepted. No additional fees or charges will be collected from your earnings. 

Earnings will be tracked and sent after the event via preferred transfer method.

CONTENT:

Multiple doujinshi's can be sold by one doujinka/circle.

Only doujinshi and pre-packaged merch + doujinshi bundles can be sold at the stand.

Drawn and/or written works are accepted.

General works will require one book to be used as a display sample. R18 Material can be submitted, however artists/circles must prepare a censored preview sheet following an event format (template will be provided later).

No A.I. generated, stolen, or traced works or media will be tolerated. This includes any direct usage of copyrighted material.

Works promoting or encouraging any hate speech or violence towards any protected class will not be tolerated.

SHIPPING: 

Applicants are responsible for having the work completed, shipped, and available at a provided address by 11/16.

Applicants must cover all production and shipping costs for the provided materials. This includes return shipments of all additional stock. Additional stock that is unwanted by the sender will be disposed of.

BL GL Club is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.

SCHEDULE:

Failure to have materials arrive in time may result in work not being sold, even if it arrives right before the day of the event.


There is no penalty for work not being completed in time. That said, any doujinshi that take up slots without actual final product may prevent another artist from being able to participate as there is no waitlist. Place realistically manage your bandwidth.
